James Buchanan is the co-developer behind the project. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from the School of Engineering at Louisiana State University. James brings over 10 years of experience in construction project management, engineering, and real estate development from a wide variety of projects including single and multifamily residential, commercial, industrial, government, and military with budgets of up to $125 million.

Joe Slovensky, the co-developer of the project and is transitioning as the owner and principal of Tridium Group, LLC a strategic and management consulting firm. Joe has over 25 years of executive level consulting experience. Starting with Andersen Consulting in the Mid 90s, then to Diamond Technology Partners (Now PWC), to his own firm for the last 15 years. Joe’s client list has notably consisted of over 95% of clients being #1 or #2 in their industry. Joe has partnered to help guide firms such as Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, CBRE, Bank of America, Neiman Marcus, Nissan Motor Acceptance and Moneygram to name a few. Joe is a former board member of the Children’s Center (east Dallas Primary school), East Dallas Exchange Club (organization benefiting over 9000 deserving children of east Dallas) and Committee Member for past 6 years on the Bishop’s Charitable Golf Tourney (raising over $700,000 per years for school scholarships for children of all denominations. Joe brings his vast knowledge of finance, fund raising, land identification and marketing to the team.​
